East Meets West - Turkey

The programme offers opportunities to explore local villages with the historical journey of the ancient cities. Special events to meet Local schools and sports events providing an insight into the lives of the students as well dwell into the history of Turkey through the site visits.

  • ISTANBUL – Massive walls of Ancient Constantinople, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, once the seat of the Ottoman Empire. Hagia Sophia, the Church of Divine Wisdom, one of the greatest marvels of architecture. Cruise ride and dinner, The Hippodrome – Obelisk of Theodosius from Egypt – Serpentine Column from the Temple of Delphi – German Fountain – Grand Bazaar – Topkapi Palace. A sports event with a local student team.
  • IZMIR – Ephesus Ancient City, Temple of Artemis, Celsius Library – House of the Virgin Mary.
  • KUSADASI – Fashion Showcasing high leather quality products from Turkey, Discover the ancient city of Ephesus, 7 Churches of Revelation and holds the House of Virgin Mary, Magnesia Gate, Odeon, Celsus Library – Temple of Hadrian – Fountain of Trajan and Great Theater. 
  • PAMUKKALE – Cotton castles and Hierapolis, Magnificently preserved necropolis, The main street, thermal baths, the Greco Roman theatre -Basilica of St. Philippe. Swim in a therapeutic bath of hot spring mineral waters. Calcified pools and waterfalls; Travertines.
  • CAPPADOCIA – Goreme Panorama – Uchisar Castle (Byzantium period), Pasabag Valley – Dervent Valley – Goreme Open Air Museum- Kizilirmak River, Towns of Urgup and Avanos famous with red clay pottery where you can try your potting skills, Hot Air Balloon, Ortahisar Castle – Love Valley, Hike in Red Valley, Cavusin Village and Underground City with its several floors.
