- SHAOLIN AREA IN HENAN - Tour of the Shaolin Temple and kung fu performance, Wuru Peak, Chuzu and Erzu religious sites inside the Shaolin Scenic area, 5 days @ 3 hours per day kung fu training at a school inside the Shaolin Scenic Area (10 minutes walk from the Shaolin Temple), Training on the 5 Core Concepts of Chinese martial arts. These concepts will be taught through jibengong (the foundations of Chinese martial arts) and one of the traditional Chinese forms, such as Tongbiquan or Xiaohongquan.
